SRS File development

Hi,
I need to develop an Extensive SRS file for a Project that consists of more than an app with CMS for each app and CMS & Dashboard to the Owner

The App main activity will be: Delivery & Smart Inventory Management he who has an expertise in this field is preferred.

I have a file of bullet points of what I need I need to transfer them into an SRS that contains
user story | Epic | flowcharts | Activity diagrams| ...etc

We can discuss further to explain more in case of any misguide,

Non-functional requirements are needed to be added,
and an HLD of the Structure of the app

*The freelancer suggestion to further enhance the business\technical aspect of the project are needed
