SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

The laboratory repairs electronic boards. The software aims to completely track the device to be repaired from delivery to the laboratory to delivery to the customer or loading into the warehouse, keeping track of the type of fault declared, fault found, defective components replaced. The devices to be repaired are identified by a unique serial number readable via the manufacturer's barcode.
Once the devices have entered the laboratory and loaded into the system they will populate a database in which all the events relating to the device itself will be recorded and the history must be recalled at any time via SAP, customer name, type of turbine, status fault or number read by the barcode reader as standard.
In the event that the device to be repaired returns to the laboratory because it is faulty again, the system must signal this with an alert (at the time of taking charge) and the record of the new repair must be associated with that of the previous repair. When querying the database history via serial number, the list of all repairs that the component has undergone must be displayed.
Once the repairing is over, a label must be printed as described in the attached doc.
