SOAP API WEBHOOK from Gravity forms to eBizCharge

I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced in creating a SOAP API Webhook from Gravity forms to eBizCharge. The purpose of this integration is to send payment data from Gravity forms to eBizCharge, and I have the necessary credentials for both of these systems. I am looking to have this project completed within one week.
