SMS Marketing with help of AI's Chat GPT and Twilio

I am a real estate broker, and have thousands of mobile phone numbers of my potential clients, who are planning to list their homes for sale in the future.

I'm looking for someone to create a workflow (api, app, website, or some kind of a system) which would send SMS messages to my clients automatically, on a monthly basis with help of Artificial Intelligence. During the conversation, AI would try to convince the seller to use my listing and marketing services to sell their homes. I would first give AI information about my company, how we're better than competitors, and why they should use our listing service. I would also give instructions on how to respond to certain answers. And how long to wait before the next follow up, based on their answer. I would also give instructions to ask for information, for example, is the house vacant now or do you live there? Do you have a place to move in you sell this home, etc. In other words, the primary goal of this SMS marketing campaign is to automatically engage customers time to time, and try to convert leads into listings.
