SMPP Gateway Development

I need an SMPP gateway for an SMS aggregator. The gateway should support:
- Build an SMPP gateway that support Message sending and receiving, Delivery reports
, Message queue management .. etc .
- Deploy and configure the SMS gateway (Linux-based) on the cloud and kubernetes .
- Set up routing logic and throughput control per user or route.
- Ensure compatibility with upstream providers and downstream clients.
- Ensure the ability to handle > 45M SMS per month
- Build and expose REST APIs to send single and bulk SMS messages.
- Capture delivery reports, logs, and analytics into a structured database format
- Implement security measures required by the regulator.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong experience with SMPP protocol.
- Background in telecom or messaging infrastructure.
- Familiarity with open-source SMS gateways.
- Ability to work with Linux environments and secure server deployments.
- DevOps, cloud and kubernetes.
