SMART CONTRACT

I am in need of an experienced individual that can create a smart contract coded in Solidity that can be compiled and deployed in remix that will allow a token transfer from one exchange to another.
Example:
Exchange A: Huobi
Token: ETH3S
Amount: 1000
I would want to transfer the token amount (1000) to Exchange B.
Exchange B: Kucoin
Token: ETH3S
Amount: 1000
This is just one example of a cross exchange token transfer. The smart contract needs to be able to use any exchange of my choosing, with any token of my choosing.
