SAP based Data Analysis + DML operation chat bot

We are looking for developer who can develop a Guided chat bot which can connect to SAP systems take instruction from developer if they want to do Query or perform DML operations on data source then basis on that user will ask bot to perform some actions ex: for query action user may ask tell me laptops available in inventory or tell me sales of tabs in last quarter bot should be able to reply that
for DML statement as well user will ask for some actions and bot should be able to perform DML actions on data sources after confirmation from user.
bot should be able to integrate in React js and PHP portal
