I'm in need of a cloud-based client database for a safe deposit centre. This system should primarily cater to our staff members, enabling efficient client data storage and retrieval, as well as maintaining comprehensive activity tracking and reporting.

Key Functionalities:
- Client data storage and retrieval: The ability to store and easily retrieve client information is crucial.
- Activity tracking and reporting: This will allow us to monitor client interactions and generate reports for analysis.

As this is a standalone project, integration with existing systems or software is not required. The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in developing secure, cloud-based databases. Understanding of data protection regulations and best practices in client confidentiality is paramount. Your bid should reflect your capability to deliver on these requirements.

1. Business Overview WE rent security boxes and safes for 6 months, 1, 3, and 5 years.
Clients visit regularly after registration to access their lockers.
2. Software Requirements
Client Details & Event Log:

Personal details, registration dates, and visits in/out must be logged.
Every client visit (in/out) is stored in the event log.
Financials:

Manage client payments (both in advance and monthly).
Auto-generate due amounts with a credit/debit system, including non-cash adjustments.
For monthly payments, a formula ensures the correct amounts for each month.
Auto-calculate a £100 key deposit when assigning locker sizes.
Client Registration & Renewals:

The system should automatically send emails before the renewal date.
Keep track of renewals and archive clients who don’t renew, without deleting their records.
3. Fingerprint Access & Event Logs
Fingerprint registration during the first visit.
On subsequent visits, clients log in/out using their fingerprint, with details popping up on screen.
4. Lockers Management
Four locker sizes and varying safe sizes.
Auto-allocate lockers based on registration, with an option for manual overrides.
Display locker statistics: ALL, VACANT, and OCCUPIED. Color-coding (green = vacant, red = occupied) with client names.
5. Menu System
A straightforward menu with the following sub-menus:
Clients: Client information and management.
Events: Log of client visits.
Financials: Payment tracking and due amounts.
Lockers: Locker assignment and statistics.
Archive: Store records of clients who didn’t renew.
6. General Requirements
Each client has a Unique Client Code (UCC) that remains constant.
A search bar at the top of every page to search by name, UCC, locker number, phone number, address, and postcode.
A home symbol and a previous page arrow for easy navigation.
User-friendly interface with soft colours and large buttons for ease of use.
