Right-click Macro After Sound

Would like to design a program that activates a right-click macro after recognising a sound frequency in my computer game. This would be for the purposes of gaming, to allow me to always hit the correct timing for an action. The program would need a toggle on and off feature and allow me to customise the length of the right click. I will attach the sound (its a locker squeak).
