Rework Existing Software & Database
Budget: £5,000 – £10,000 GBP
We currently use a Program, written in Delphi, for our sampling at multiple sites across the United Kingdom.
It currently uses .csv files in a Dropbox repository.
There are a number of couple of issues with the current setup which we are hoping to over come. There are also additional modules we would like to add over time as we increase the services we offer.
As such we have decided to write a new program and create a new database.
We have written a specification which can be found attached. (Tetras 2.0 Specification)
Display Screens.pptx is a mock up GUI of how we want the program to flow. It has functional buttons to show how we would like to navigate the software.
Our main questions that we would be interested in hearing answers to include;
Which language do you propose and why?
Which database solution do you recommend and why?
How many total hours work do you predict for the project?
Are there any additional features that you would recommend?
