Require Technical Architect to prepare detailed Technical BluePrint for developing a Lead CRM.

Our organization is looking for a Technical Architect (Freelancer) possessing advanced technical skills to understand the process of our organization and prepare a detailed technical blueprint right from inception to completion with detailed workflow management for building a custom Lead CRM.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Understand current organization hierarchy and process workflow.
• Identify needs and co-ordinate with user to gather complete requirement.
• Design the organization’s IT strategy for developing the Lead CRM.
• Define the structure of technology systems as per requirements.
• Assimilate information with his updated technical know-how.
• Choose suitable software, hardware and API integration & appropriate methods.
• Should be adept at transforming complex requirements into functional architecture.
• Prepare detailed process workflow charts, forms etc.
• Deliver cost-efficient and effective IT solutions to our organization.
• Ability to think ahead and out-of-the-box including good problem-solving skills.
• Ensure that systems satisfy all quality standards and procedures.
Skills Required: Hard skills required for the technical aspect of the job include:
• Degree or Post Graduate in Information Technology OR Computer Science
• Proven work experience as Technical Architect or Project Manager
• Hands-on experience in software development and system administration
• Knowledge of strategic IT solutions
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
• Familiarity with Web Development Techniques (Frontend/Backend and their integration)
• Knowledge of Patterns used in Software development such as architecture patterns, design patterns and programming patterns
• Good experience in Database Management including database & query optimization, normalization etc., databases like MySQL, MongoDB
• Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux
• Experience in cloud computing and in-house Linux servers
Soft skills required for the technical aspect of the job include:
• Excellent communication skills – you should be adept at listening to, understanding, and explaining key concepts to CandorWorks higher management.
• Good Anticipation and problem-solving skills – you should be able to anticipate where problems might crop up and find solutions while preparing the blue print.
• Ability to deal with pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and manage time – Lead Management CRM has fixed milestones / cut-off dates / deadlines that cannot be averted.
• In-depth knowledge about quality standards, legislation, and best practices.
