Reinstall JCE and connect a FAQ module to the right spot on Joomla 3 website

I have been trying to do a simple install of a FAQ module. It is almost right, but not showing correctly. And somehow I lost my WYSIWYG functionality with JCE. Help please! Can you please solve these two issues.
