Registry script
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like it to do the following.
1. Back up the registry in Windows.
3. Make these changes in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\:
· If the ServerManager\CurrentRebootAttempts key is there, delete it.
· Updates\ - If the value of UpdateExeVolatile is not 0, make it 0 (zero).
4. Make these changes in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\:
· Component Based Servicing - If these keys are there, delete them:
o RebootPending
o RebootInProgress
o PackagesPending
· RunOnce - If the DVDRebootSignal key is there and has a value, delete the value.
5. Make these changes in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\:
· If Auto Update has these keys, delete them:
o RebootRequired
o PostRebootReporting
· If Services\Pending has GUID subkeys, delete them.
6. Make these changes in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\:
· ComputerName\ActiveComputerName - Make sure the value of the ComputerName key matches the local hostname.
· Session Manager - If the PendingFileRenameOperations key has a value, delete it.
· Session Manager - If the PendingFileRenameOperations2 key has a value, delete it.
7. Make these changes in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon:
· If the JoinDomain key is there and has a value, delete it.
· If the AvoidSpnSetkey is there and has a value, delete it.
8. If you do these steps after an uninstall, remove these SentinelOne registry keys before you install again:
· HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\SentinelAgent
· HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\SentinelMonitor
· HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\SentinelDeviceControl
