Recover important deleted files

my client lost important files that were saved in the C drive after the SSD was formated and new OS installed.

I tried to recover it using the following software, but it didn't recover anything:
- EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Technician
- Recuva Professional Business Technician
- SysTools Hard Drive Data Recovery
