Real-time Twitter Import Bot for Telegram

I'm looking for someone that can build a Telegram bot that will import messages in real-time from specific Twitter accounts.
I have added a txt file in which i added a example account of which i want to import the tweets from.
The data needs to be imported raw ! And needs to be real-time (so as fast as possible after the user has pasted a tweet)
Only freelancers who reply with a custom written reply will get the change to be hired for this.
No companies will be hired!
