Real-Time Telegram Stock Informant

The app will be Telegram based service, it will allow users to subscribe (with payment) to receive real-time updates on stocks they are interested in based on specific criteria or based on specifying exactly which stocks they are interested in.
The user will be able to choose with certain settings what kind of updates he would like to receive from all the available real-time update types (for example, a certain pattern appearing in the stock is one indication, there will be many not only technical indications)
In addition, a few useful tools will be included in the application to show the stock’s behaviour over time.
