I'm seeking a skilled software developer to create a Windows-based program that monitors a roulette table.
Key Requirements:
- The program should specifically track winning numbers.
- It should provide real-time updates on this data.
I would like to be able to set in which cases (number of times a dozen or row has not fallen) to receive a notification.
Also, the notice must include the name of the table and which dozen and which row did not fall the specified number of times. It doesn't matter to me whether it will be web based or a stand alone app.
I would also like to know what the final amount will be for your work.
