Real Estate Blockchain Platform Development

We are developing a next-generation real estate investment platform that uses blockchain and AI to enable fractional property ownership and seamless investor experiences.
The platform will allow users to invest in tokenized real estate assets, track returns, and access a secondary marketplace — all through a secure, intuitive web-based system. We’re also integrating AI-powered property valuation tools and automated tax reporting to enhance transparency and usability.
We are seeking an experienced blockchain development agency or company (no individual freelancers, please) to help us build the MVP and partner with us on long-term development.
Scope of Work:
• Blockchain infrastructure (Ethereum-compatible or hybrid architecture)
• Smart contract development (token issuance, ownership transfers, revenue distribution)
• User-facing dashboards for investors, sellers, and admins
• AI integration for real-time property evaluations
• Secondary trading functionality for tokens
• Wallet setup and crypto/fiat payment integration
• Automated tax reporting module
• Secure architecture with scalability in mind
• Optional mobile app (future phase)
Technical Requirements:
• Proven experience with blockchain-based platforms (especially asset tokenization)
• Proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js, Node.js, React, or similar
• AI/ML integration experience (valuation, analytics, etc.)
• Strong security practices, smart contract audits
• Ability to integrate third-party APIs (KYC, payments, valuation engines)
