Razorpay-Telegram Payment Management Automation

I'm looking for a developer with expertise in both Telegram and Razorpay to automate a series of tasks related to payment and subscriptions. The focus of the deployment is Telegram, and the specific tasks include:
- Creation of new payments in Razorpay and their integration into Telegram
- Automated dispatch of payment reminders associated with all sorts of payments via Telegram
- Deletion of users from Telegram when their subscription ends
Your duties will also include setting up reminders for subscription renewals of all frequencies (monthly, quarterly, annually). It would be best if you were familiar with Telegram and Razorpay, possess experience in programming automated tasks, and have a good understanding of managing payment reminders and subscription renewals.
Your bid should factor in time for testing to ensure that all automations work as expected and troubleshooting any problems that may arise during the testing phase. Should an issue emerge after the project's completion, you would be expected to provide support to rectify the problem.
