RPA process automation for OCR, Process document and submit information in accounting program

We need a RPA developer to help us build a product that can be sold (UI Path is quite expensive for commercial Robots). Bellow you can find the details for the project:
- Extract from email pdf attached files
- Open files and perform OCR
- Remove unnecessary data from the file
- Look for specific information and extract from OCR file
- Submit the extracted information in online accounting program, following some rules. We would have maximum 10 information types to put in the accounting info. ( 10 type of activities from OCR to accounting software)
Commercial description:
- We need to have plans based on the number of documents processed. 3 at the begginging.
