ROSEN Vietnam is hiring, urgent! - Requirement specialist and/or Product Owner
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Note: just place your bid if you are living in HCM/Vietnam or nearby states.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Requirement elicitation, working closely with SHs (requester, domain experts, …):
◦ Understanding of the problem, users, pain points, etc.
◦ Collaborating and aligning with SHs on product goal, success metric
◦ Working with UI/UX team on wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
◦ Working with software architect on technical solution design
◦ Creating and maintaining product requirement document as well as high-level product backlog
◦ Product roadmap and release planning
• Building the product, working closely and iteratively with the team to:
◦ Product backlog prioritization and refinement
◦ Development check-in to make sure everything is on track
◦ Incorporation of SHs’ feedbacks into the product backlog
◦ Product research about existing technologies / products
◦ Documentation
• Releasing the product
◦ Working with cross-functional parties (team lead, requesters, legal, marketing, IT …) to make sure the product meets expectations from all respectively aspects
◦ Working with the requesters, resource manager on the product operation planning (cost, resource, time…)
◦ Planning for next releases
REQUIREMENTS
To become part of the ROSEN family, you convince through analytical thinking and a structured and results-oriented working method. Moreover, you should bring with you:
• At least 2-year experience in Software Industry with basic knowledge in cloud-based application development
• At least 1-year experience in agile software product management/ requirement
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal, equivalent to IELTS 7.0)
• Experience in business process modeling languages and tools
• Experience in user experience design tool (Adobe XD, Figma, or similar).
• Being curious (understand how things work), true interest in tech, be gregarious, strong senses of good design, passion for building
• Ability to understanding problems described by SHs and communicate those to the team with a high level of complex reduction
• Preferable:
◦ Hand-on experience in UI/UX design is a big plus
◦ Cloud-based technology understanding / familirarity is a big plus
• Experience working in an Agile team environment.
• We expect you to work independently and have high degrees of willingness to learn.
• Critical thinking but open-minded
