RASINS STOCK maintaining software

I am looking for a freelancer to create a custom software solution for my RASINS STOCK shop. The software should track inventory, manage sales, and provide reporting and analytics. Integration with other software or systems is not required. The software should be a desktop application that can run on Windows, Mac, and Linux. The freelancer should have experience creating custom software solutions for businesses and a portfolio of work to showcase their past projects. The freelancer should be able to provide us with their estimated timeline for completion. A non-disclosure agreement should also be signed prior to commencement of work.
