Quotation system for a medium size company

I want to develop a web app to generate quotations for my company. It should be able to calculate prices for different products and generate a pdf from the quotation. The company uses a system called "Plataforma" from Intec which integrates all of the company finances. The idea is to also be able to generate a quotation inside this system from the web app. This can be done using a module provided by intec in which the quotation needs to be uploaded with a certain format. I estimate the project to have a duration of aproximately one month. The most complex part is to develop a nice and comfortable UI.
