Python twitter login and set mail bot

I'm looking for a developer who will make me a windows .py bot. I have a username - password list for twitter login. Non of them has mail address verification. I have an API service also which you can make request and get new mail adress and there is another api request that you can get twitter confirmation code (3rd part api)
I want this bot to get one line (username:password) from text file (accounts.txt) and login to twitter via proxy (I will give) and go to mail verification area. get api request to get mail address (mail:password), put to the twitter. And send verification code. Get the verification from API back, and submit back to twitter. And save this new data to success.txt. if its fail, error.txt. So I can track which accounts couldn't logged in and set mail address.
The accounts. will be 1000 accounts. The bot should have multi threads. Like 10 accounts login at a time.
