Pull Data from Connected Monitor/Display

**Summary:**
We need a program/script written that will pull all available data from a connected display, and output it to a webhook
**Context**
We are a second hand computer parts distributor, we have 1000+ screens that we need to catalogue, and doing it manually is rather time consuming. We need to pull the Make, Model & Serial Number at a minimum, and preferably any/all other data available on the connected device.
**Requirements**
- Pull ALL available data for connected display
- Not count the current display, only future connected displays
- Be able to output this data to webhook
- Have a simple and easy to use interface.
**How it would work**
While this is flex-able to an extent, I imagine it would work as follows
- You start the program
- It asks you to connect a monitor
- When the monitor is connected, it displays all available data on the screen
- You click "Capture" and it captures the information and sends the information to the webhook
**Additional Details**
- I've had a script written in Powershell, however it was never completed, I've attached it for you to review.
- The script DOES NOT have to be written in powershell, and can follow whatever programming language or app will do the job properly.
- The script should run on Windows unless there is an overwhelming advantage to another OS.
