Proxy Shop

Hello, I am looking for someone who can code a proxy shop for me.
I need it to be able to do following,
Login/Register
Check all proxies (multithreaded) and show online proxies in the shop, proxy servers need to be autoupdated in the table to not show offline proxies to customers.
Admin panel with earnings, price by country and such information.
Accept Bitcoin, Monero and other cryptocurrencies, I have an API for this.
