I will be brief as I know most of the bidders here don't read. I hate freelancers' bids when they don't read and send default bid.. I don't have time to read your useless bids.
I have 8 freelancers world wide doing software development, host administration, QA etc. and I am managing them directly because of cost (I am in start-up). I am acting as project manager, product manager, business person, QA and architect (CTO too) so I need police/project manager. I will work with certain kind of mindset who shares similar ideas / perception about Project Manager.

needs are for 10 hours/week - 50 hours per month. Ongoing.. I need this person for next 6 months at minimum and I will train.
