AI Project Assistance

Hello, I need to train OpenAI on my data(similar to the myriad of chatbots out there where you can feed it a csv or text document) and have it integrate with Zapier. I will be receiving a webhook from my website containing a price request, the request will be sent to the trained language model, the response from the language model will be sent back to zapier and used to send an SMS with another zapier integrated service.
