I'm looking for a skilled software developer to create a program for an automated food vending machine. The program should include:

- Online payment system: Specifically, the integration of credit/debit card options.
- Real-time stock tracking: The program should be able to monitor and report the stock levels in real time.
- Failure/Update Notifications: The system should be able to send notifications for machine failures or required updates.
