Printing Software Program Development with inline Finishing

I am looking for a software development Team to create a printing software program with inline finishing capabilities.
The Software shall have the ability to connect to printers as well as with finishing machines like cutter and laminating machines, in order to complete printing, cutting and laminating job.
Which features shall this program have
1. Can import print jobs from many types of print file types like pdf, pictures format JPEG, PNG, Tiff, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, pages, Corel Draw, SVG, EPS and Autocad print files.
2. It allows to rework on imported jobs like scaling, cutting or removing parts of print files
3. It allows cropping, removing background images, cleaning images, duplicating images
4. It allows to moves files to place on paper in order to save paper
5. The software has the ability to improve picture quality resolution.
6. The Software allows to add artwork quickly
7. it allows to add cut marks that can be read by cutting machines for automatic cutting
8. it puts information in bar code for machine to read and know how long total print is in order to get advance information about page cutting length,
9. It can integrate with many types of printers, cutting and laminating machines.
10. it has to be a full fledge Grafik as well as print easy software that caters to needs of many different types of machines in print industry.
