3D Printer Software Setup

I'm looking for someone to help me program my 3d printer to use quantum enterprises handwriting software which is realistic handwriting for advertising purposes. I have been able to make it print, but it looks terrible. I have also tried other software and it looks much better, but i really want quantums software. please reach out if you think you can help me with my printer.

What I have done so far

1. I have 3d printed a pen holder which is working great.
I also have photos of current handwriting quality. Samples can be provided because I am unsure of how to upload photos on the posting

I have also been able to successfully print photos.

2. I have downloaded a sample of what quantum enterprises software can do on to my computer.

3. Uploaded the software to Inkscape which is an application that will help convert the project. I will have to use this software to make my project successful

4. Converted the file to svg and then to gcode for the printer to recognize the file.

5. Printed the file- results need improvement

6. I have also used a different software 3d writer.io
This software works way better and looks good, but it’s not convincing handwriting. The software for quantum enterprises is much more convincing.

I have already hired someone to help me with this project, but i failed to check the work before i completed the project.

I HAVE MOST OF THE PROJECT COMPLETE, BUT I AM HAVING TROUBLE SAVING THE FILE. EVERYTIME I TRY TO SAVE THE FILE IT WILL NOT SAVE. I NEED HELP SAVING THE FILE SO I CAN UPLOAD IT TO THE COMPUTER AND PRINT.
