AI-Powered Instagram DM Bot Development

I’m looking for a developer to build an AI-powered Instagram DM bot focused on handling inbound DMs, qualifying leads, and booking calls or collecting lead information.
The goal is to automate the entire first conversation with prospects — answering FAQs, qualifying and filtering serious leads, discovering their needs, wants and pains and prompting them to book a call or send key details.
Key Features Needed:
• Keyword-based logic to quickly categorize inbound DMs (e.g., coaching inquiries, service questions).
• Light AI paraphrasing to make replies sound natural and human.
• Mobile/email notification system for DMs the bot can’t handle confidently.
• Integration with Instagram APIs (direct message automation).
• Basic admin dashboard to edit keywords, templates, and view conversations.
Important:
This is for pre-sales conversations — NOT for order status, ecommerce customer support, or post-purchase issues.
Ideal Skills:
• Strong experience with Instagram API integration.
• Built chatbots or conversational agents before (especially lead gen bots).
• Skilled in Python, Node.js, or PHP for backend work.
• Familiarity with OpenAI or other LLMs for AI phrasing (a plus).
Bonus (not required but great):
• Experience building lightweight dashboards (admin interfaces).
