I am looking for someone to create a portable chromium based browser that opens Full screen, to a file labeled menu.html no Navigation bars, just locked inside this locally stored web site. The browser will need to have all the capabilities of a chromium based Browser including VP9 playback and HTML5 gaming support etc as its for a navigation for a disc.
Minimum is a windows edition but a mac version would also be a nice bonus. It is essential it can be run portable, direct from disc, even if users need to have a chromium based browser installed already.
