I am seeking a talented freelancer to develop an automation and analysis system for a Blackjack card game using computer vision and game strategy analysis. The system should be able to:

Monitor the screen in real-time to track the game.
Keep track of the history of dealt cards.
Restart the game when needed.
Analyze the dealer's hand.
Provide strategy recommendations for the next move based on my hand.

Requirements:

Screen Capture and Monitoring:
The system must continuously monitor the screen in real-time to capture and detect gameplay.
Utilize screen capture tools (OpenCV or similar) to detect cards, the dealer’s hand, and the player's hand during the game.

Card History Tracking:
The system should keep a log of all the cards dealt during the game, both for the player and the dealer.
The history should track which cards have been played, and the system should be able to manage card count effectively to support game analysis.

Game Restart Capability:
Implement a feature that allows the game to be restarted, either manually or automatically, with a click or key press.
After the restart, the system should resume tracking the card history and gameplay.

Dealer Hand Analysis:
Implement functionality to detect and analyze the dealer’s hand in real-time.
The system should identify the cards in the dealer's hand and track the dealer’s actions (e.g., when they stand or hit).
Analyze the dealer's hand based on Blackjack rules and provide insights (e.g., whether they are likely to bust, etc.).

Next Move Strategy for Blackjack:
Based on the player’s current hand, the system should provide a recommendation for the next move (hit, stand, double down, etc.).
The recommendation should be based on Blackjack strategy charts, taking into account the player's hand and the dealer’s upcard.
The system should offer strategic suggestions and highlight the most optimal move for the player to increase their chances of winning.

Skills Required:

Strong experience with OpenCV and computer vision for real-time card and game area detection.
Knowledge of Blackjack rules and strategy to provide correct game suggestions.
Experience with game automation and screen scraping tools.
Familiarity with Python or C# (or other programming languages suitable for this type of automation and analysis).
Ability to integrate card counting and game analysis features effectively.
