Pine Editor required for Trading view script creation

I need a pine editor coder to build a script for me. Basically it will take the high-low change in percent for 5 bars on 3 minute chat, 15 minute chart, and 90 minute chart. Each bar will have a different weight. I will normalize this into a number that can be plotted on the screen. That's all.
