Pendulum as a Service (PaaS)

PaaS is a mobile application that serves as a platform where citizens can request an ambulance in cases of emergencies.

In case of an emergency request, PaaS notifies the first responders to dispatch an ambulance to you.
PaaS Leverages its Emergency Management & Fulfillment System to find the Fastest to Fulfill and Manage the Fulfillment of an Emergency Request.


Requests made by citizens are sent to fastest to fulfill hospitals.
Hospitals have the right to agree or refuse to dispatch an ambulance.
Citizens are notified once an ambulance is dispatched and can track it.
Ambulance receives a dispatch order with direction and citizen's medical history and conditions, if available.

The Application has Three Interfaces:
1)Citizen Interface
2)Hospital Interface
3)Ambulance Interface

Citizen Features:
* Register/Login (National-ID, Mobile-Number, Email, Social Media)
* Submit Medical Conditions
* Submit Medical Records
* Request/Cancel Request Ambulance
* Track the Real-Time Location and Estimated Arrival Time of the Ambulance.
* Rate Fulfilled Requests
* Notified When:
1) Request is Accepted,
2) Ambulance is Dispatched,
2) Ambulance Arrives at Unit ,
3)Ambulance Departures Unit,
4)Ambulance Returns to Hospital.

Hospital Features
* Accept Ambulance Request.
* End-to-End Ambulance Tracking.
* Notified When:
1) A New Ambulance Request Exists
2) Ambulance Arrives at Unit.
3) Ambulance Departures Unit
4 Ambulance Arrival at Hospital

General Notes
Hospitals are registered with their locations.
Citizens are registered with their locations.
Ambulances are dispatched to citizen's previously registered units' locations.
All Tracking and Directions features must leverage google maps APIs.
Hospitals in range of a Unit are Known.
