Partners required for a New web and mobile application

This is not a Job or employment. This is for someone who has entrepreneurial aspirations and want to be a part of it voluntarily. We are seeking multiple roles for the development of a new web and mobile application. The ideal candidate will have experience in starting their own company, or have interest in partnering with a company in exchange of their skills. The project has a longer timeframe of more than 3 months for completion.
