PDF merging project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a class project to build an app, either web or desktop, where a user can upload a number of PDF files, and the app will merge them together. It should have the following functions:
1. Display the list of PDFs (name, size, number of pages) in a grid in the order they were uploaded
2. Allow user to change the order of the PDFs with either button click or drag and drop (bonus points for D&D).
3. Add a table of contents to the beginning
4. Allow user to add custom page headers with images to any page.
5. Add execution date and time to the footer
6. Allow user to add custom title as the first page and summary as the last pages. These will be PDFs as well.
7. Export everything as one PDF file.
The PDFs will be anywhere from 1-30 pages each and may be a mixed landscape and portrait layout.
I would like a quote for both web (JS, ASP.NET, or HTML) or desktop (.NET) but will do only one.
