Options Trading Execution Tool for Indian Market

I'm looking for a seasoned software developer to create a desktop-based Options Trading Execution Tool specifically tailored for the Indian market.
Key Features:
1) Order Execution Automation:
Configured Strategy: It have pre-configured strategy up to 4 legs. Individual legs SL with trailing. Overall Max Loss limit for strategy. Strike selection is based on ATM strike width only.
It triggered strategy by manually or based on alert from trading View
So it automatically execute orders based on pre-configured strategy basis on alerts received.
Place entry orders (buy/sell based on configuration) through the broker's API (initially with Angel Trading, with the provision to add other brokers in the future) across multiple accounts simultaneously.
Confirm the execution of entry orders.
Automatically place stop loss and target orders.
Track active trades and cancel pending orders if an exit order (SL or target) is executed.
Ignore fresh alerts if there’s an active trade on the same instrument from a previous alert.
Manage broker account configurations (login, session management, etc.) for multiple family accounts.
Allow preference settings for each user (number of lots to trade etc).
MTM analyzer for user wise and provide daily trade summaries and P/L reports.
Include a paper trading feature for summary-based trades without placing actual orders.

Stream all option data on real time basis for strategies and

Requirements:
Experience in building similar trading tools.
Familiarity with Indian market trading and relevant APIs (especially Angel Trading).
Strong understanding of order execution, real-time market data integration, and portfolio management.
