Odoo Payroll & Timeclock Configuration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Odoo specialist to configure our payroll and time clock system to ensure full compliance with Mauritius Workers Legislation. The project involves setting up and customizing Odoo's payroll functionalities to manage our workforce effectively and in accordance with local labor laws.
Scope of Work:
Odoo Payroll Configuration:
Install and set up the Odoo Payroll module.
Customize salary structures and rules to align with Mauritius labor laws, including:
Minimum wage requirements.
Overtime, weekend, and public holiday pay rates.
Leave entitlements and deductions.
Ensure accurate tax computations and statutory deductions as per Mauritius regulations.
Time Clock Integration:
Implement and configure Odoo's Attendance module for precise tracking of employee working hours.
Define working schedules, shifts, and break periods in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Integrate attendance data with the payroll system to automate salary calculations based on actual work entries.
Employee Data Management:
Input and manage details for 50 employees, including personal information, job roles, and compensation details.
Set up individual contracts and assign appropriate salary structures and working schedules.
Payslip Design and Automation:
Design payslip templates that comply with Mauritius labor laws, ensuring all necessary details are included, such as:
Gross salary.
Deductions (taxes, pension contributions, etc.).
Net salary.
Overtime, bonuses, and other allowances.
Configure the system to generate payslips automatically at the end of each pay period.
System Testing and Training:
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the system's accuracy and reliability.
Provide training sessions for HR and payroll staff on using the new system effectively.
Offer documentation and user manuals for future reference.
