Odoo Online v18.2 Customization & Configuration

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Online (v18.2) developer or functional expert to assist with customizing and configuring our Odoo environment using no-code and low-code tools (such as Odoo Studio, Activities, Actions, and built-in automation features).
The goal is to create a streamlined, scalable, and transparent business management system for our reseller-based business, implemented in phases by priority.
⚠️ Please note: We are using Odoo Online (v18.2) and will not be installing third-party modules or external integrations.

Delivery & Pickup Coordination
Accounting & Reporting Dashboards

Multi-company setup (for eCommerce)
User Access and Role Management
? Key Deliverables:
Customize CRM pipeline stages and configure automated activity follow-ups
Auto-create leads from various channels (via import tools and forms)
Set up internal campaign flows for lead engagement and follow-up reminders
Design delivery and pickup forms with approval and sign-off checkpoints
Configure finance and performance reports (P&L, GST summary, cash flow tracking)
Build dashboards with exportable insights for leadership review
Set up customer credit tracking and notification-based follow-up workflows
Create printable labels (QR/barcodes), dispatch lists, and inventory tracking tools
Manage multiple companies and set up company-specific eCommerce sites
Create an internal help desk structure for training and team onboarding
? Ideal Candidate Profile:
Solid hands-on experience with Odoo Online version 18 or later
Skilled in Odoo functional configuration, workflow design, and dashboard building
Able to deliver clearly documented work with instructions or screen recordings
Familiar with business processes in sales, logistics, and service-based operations
Comfortable working closely with the project owner for phase-wise execution
? Timeline & Delivery:
The project will be implemented in defined phases over the coming weeks.
Tasks and priorities are clearly defined and available in structured documentation.
Preference will be given to freelancers who can commit to milestone-based delivery with clarity and accountability.
