OBDC to Woocommerce connection for product stock status

I have a CRM/stock management software (Ibcos.com) that contains all my products and their current stock quantity. I have an OBDC connection to the software's database that I can use to view and filter my live inventory in excel outside of the softwares UI. I wish to be able to update my WooCommerce website's stock with the stock levels from my CRM software on an automated schedule. I can/will set my SKU's on the WooCommerce to match the CRM software but need help with the link between two systems.
