Do Not Call Program for Sales

I'm in need of a Windows-compatible software to manage our "Do Not Call" list for our sales department. This program should be able to automatically block numbers from our employee's call lists, as well as provide periodic reports of call attempts. Furthermore, it should allow for manually adding numbers to our "Do Not Call" list.

Ideal skills for this project include:

- Experience with call blocking software
- Understanding of 'Do Not Call' compliance
