New members program

Hello, I am a pastor and want to build a template where I can put together my new member program that they would need a number code to access on our website and app. this would be customizable to allow video, pictures, and slides. At the end of this program, they would receive a certificate and I would receive a notification that be sent to my email or phone via text message
