New Version of Spinal Assessment
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
We intend to create a new, web-based software application that will take a few data fields (data entered by user) and it will generate a report with text (same text for all reports) and a graphical representation of findings (data entered by user). We have a working model for illustration purposes but this older model is far too complex. The older model was built in Cold Fusion but we do not require that the new version use Cold Fusion. Any programming language that can perform the functions, and that can be easily modified if we make changes down the road, will be allowed.
There will be a few simple calculations performed (we can provide the "rules" or calculations) and the results will be presented in a colour coded and text-based (mild, moderate, severe as options) model.
The new application will be web-based, but we will NOT store any data. Our clients will fill out a few data fields and the application will generate a PDF that they download and store. As soon as they logout of our application, nothing will be retained.
We intend for the data entered to have two formats - one where the user enters in "mild/moderate/severe" in which case no calculations are needed. Or - they can enter in our system of 1 or 2 for each data point and the application will calculate and present the results as "mild/moderate/severe" based on our formula.
This will be a pay to use application, so only those clients who have purchased access will be able to access the application. We will be selling the access on our existing e-commerce website powered by Shopify.
