Needed a developer for forecasting model in AutoML -- 2

Given a time-series dataset of predictors and an outcome, for different groups, apply the Azure AutoML auto-train model found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/machine-learning/how-to-auto-train-forecast?view=azureml-api-2
Report performance across a variety of hyperparameters and optimizations, also consider different performance outcomes.
The deliverable is a Jupyter notebook that I can run on my own Azure ML studio and requires only the file and specified outcome variable.
