Need software to print labels in GxP environmental (audit trial)

Rules:

1. Software name: TerminusOne (add version number on the bottom)

1b. Working well on 24''/22'' as well as tablet
2. Find a good icon logo
3. Make software to be installable on Windows 10
4. Need to make the possibility of licensing (code) to unlock the whole software
5. Need to have 2 levels of access: administrative and user

6. Administrative access:

1. create user/administrator accounts (name, surname, initials, access type, password, retype password –(they have to match), current account status: active/inactive, date of account creation, create button, Inactivate account. . When press Inactivate ask if You are sure to Inactivate.
2. Fields addition/removal: tick boxes. When addition define name and number of labels to be print out when box ticked
3. Label fields section:
a. Make the possibility to define label sizes, default printer: Thermal printer Zebra GX420t
b. Default label size: 6 cm x 2 cm (l x h)
c. Make it possible to add logo (to be selectable) on the label (black and white)
d. Field for reference to internal procedure (short text, small size, bottom/top of label)
e. Automatic generation of date (XX-YYY-ZZZZ), time (24-h); and initials (small size – bottom/top)
4. Label has: all data as per file attached
5. Make it possible to add a logo (to be selectable) on the main screen/dashboard.
6. Audit Trial: able to view all activity/history of printed labels per selected user/administrator (history of each field – table format with time and date stamp + login) - must
7. User access
1. Type data to print out
2. user is able to see the last 3 jobs (on the bottom of the screen) – make it possible to copy over to the actual/active screen.
3. Print out/clear active screen
8. When print/exit/clear data – system remember only all printed data as per audit trial rule!
9. Need IP to sign off.- when taking the job.
10. Need full access to code/database for further modification
