Need to get fast acess to overloaded website

website is for sand booking. I am front end user. website open for bookings at 12pm. people are get fast acess to website will have booking but I have been failed since long time. server side there are 4 timer setup. I request create something that should give me fast access in short cut way or I need to go as per server timings. I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Javascript.
