Need Specialized Flashing USDT Software

I need a USDT Flashing Software that can perform Flash of the USDT. It creates Flash USDT.

The Software UI should be simple and easy to navigate. Software can be create Flash USDT on the daily basis with no limit of how much.

The software should have a screen for sending Flash USDT to the USDT addresses.

8. Preferred Network: The Flash USDT should operate on the TRC20 (Tron) network.
9. Testing: I require rigorous testing to ensure the best functionality of the software. You should test it on your internal protocols.

10. Payment terms: When you tested the software, I do the last testing in which you have to send 1k flash usdt to my given address so that I can check it on explorer that everything is okay with my requirements. Than I give you 50% of the total and 50% of total given when dilevery has successfull.
