NLP Resume Parser - Write NLP Parsing Algorithm

I need an expert in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to write the Algorithm for a Resume Parsing system.

We are basically looking to build a system like Rchilli, Sovren or Burning Glass, please search these for system requirements.

Overview is:

1. Need to process resumes in all unstructured formats from .doc, .docx, pdf etc

2. Needs to understand multi-language resumes

3. Needs to work with misspelling or grammar mistakes

4. Phase 2 of the project will be to implement semantic search function, so this feature must be able to be implemented as an upgrade
As like similarity between text such as PowerBI and Power BI.


We need the Algorithm that can be built to an application, you will work with our web developer in developing the application.

Please ONLY those expert in NLP and Artificial Intelligence respond, previous experience working with resume parsing, job boards or ATS's would be highly desirable.
